Both Lewdly and Promptchan provide character-oriented tools and generated media. The useful choice depends on the specific workflow, current account allowances and controls you need. This article establishes no comparative quality winner or cheapest-service claim.

The earlier statement that Promptchan has no video was incorrect. Its creation page describes video tools, and its API documentation includes video as well as image and chat operations. Documentation for an API does not prove that every consumer plan exposes identical controls.
For Lewdly, inspect the character application and current pricing information. A public character and a proposed design concept are different destinations: a concept may open the general builder rather than a preloaded character.
Compare A Session's Costs
Record the plan charge, included allowance, selected action's token or Gem charge and any extra purchases. Check renewal, cancellation and unused-credit terms before using a headline monthly price as a budget. Promptchan's current plan details are published on its pricing page; this article does not freeze a promotional checkout offer as a permanent price.
For an evaluation, choose how to allocate subscription spending and unused credits, then state that choice. One possible calculation is allocated subscription spending plus evaluation top-ups, divided by accepted outputs. Record the inputs to the calculation. Do not divide a plan price by an invented output count and present the result as a measured image price.
Chat, images and clips may use different allowances. Compare the mix of actions you actually intend to use rather than assume every token or Gem purchases the same unit of work.
Use A Small Recorded Quality Test
Use the same harmless portrait brief and an appropriately licensed reference on both products where their controls permit it. Record date, model label, settings, reference inputs, elapsed time, attempts and displayed charges. This is a proposed evaluation, not a claimed experiment.
Judge requested details, facial consistency and usable output separately. Save failures alongside successes. If the interfaces expose different controls, describe the difference instead of attributing every result to the brand. Adult-oriented use remains subject to each service's current rules and safety limits. Promptchan has a content moderation policy. Lewdly also applies content-policy and model/provider safety restrictions. Neither a marketing label nor a paid plan guarantees unrestricted output, permissions for real-person material or commercial rights to every result.
Decide From The Workflow You Need
An existing Promptchan user should verify the desired plan's character and video options before switching. A Lewdly user should inspect current chat allowances and optional-media charges. If your decision depends on better output quality, a small recorded comparison supplies more relevant evidence than an unsupported scorecard.
