Acceptable Use Policy for Lewdly

Acceptable Use Policy

The binding list of what you may not do here. Short on rhetoric, specific about where the line is.

Last updated: August 6, 2026

How This Fits With Our Other Policies

This is the enforceable list. Our Community Guidelines say the same thing in a friendlier register and describe the culture we want, and our Underage Content Policy governs its own subject absolutely. They are written to agree with each other, and if you spot a gap between them, tell us and we will close it.

This policy applies to everything you do on Lewdly, including prompts, generated output, uploads, conversations with characters, anything you publish to public areas, and how you promote the platform if you are an affiliate.

What Is Allowed

This is an adult platform and explicit content is the point of it. Explicit generation and explicit conversation between adult fictional characters is permitted across every style the platform supports, including kink and fetish content. You do not need to soften a prompt to get it through, and you will not be penalised for making something explicit.

The prohibitions below are narrow and they concern real people and real harm. They are not about how explicit something is.

The Four Absolute Prohibitions

These four are prohibited without exception. They are not filter settings, no subscription tier unlocks them, no fictional premise excuses them, and no configuration exists under which they are permitted. Content is removed and the account is terminated.

  • No sexual content involving minors. Any sexual or suggestive depiction of a person under 18, or of a character who reads as under 18, is prohibited. This is unaffected by art style, by anime or cartoon framing, by a stated age in a profile, by a claim that the character is centuries old, or by any narrative device. If the character reads as a minor, it is prohibited regardless of what the text says.
  • No non-consensual content. Depictions of rape, coercion, or sexual activity with someone incapable of consenting, presented as real rather than as clearly fictional roleplay between adult characters, are prohibited.
  • No explicit imagery of real people without consent. Generating sexual content depicting a real, identifiable person who has not consented is prohibited, including anything produced from an uploaded photograph of them. This covers public figures, celebrities, and people you know.
  • No real violence. Content depicting actual violence, actual injury, gore, torture or death is prohibited, as is sexual content combined with any of it.

Also Prohibited

These are prohibited and lead to content removal, and to suspension or termination depending on what happened.

  • Harassing, threatening, stalking or targeting a real person.
  • Publishing private information about someone, including a real name, address, workplace, phone number or private images.
  • Impersonating a real person or organisation, or presenting generated material as a genuine photograph or recording of something that happened.
  • Content promoting or facilitating illegal activity, including trafficking, illegal weapons or drugs.
  • Content promoting terrorism or violent extremism.
  • Hate speech, or content that attacks or dehumanises people for who they are.
  • Fraud, scams, phishing, or anything designed to deceive people out of money.
  • Distributing malware, or attacking our infrastructure or our users.
  • Sexual content involving animals.

Uploads and Reference Images

If you upload an image as a reference, you must have the right to use it that way. That is a real requirement rather than a formality, because it is the point where a real person can be dragged into this without knowing.

  • Do not upload a photograph of a real person in order to produce sexual imagery of them, whoever they are and however you obtained the photograph.
  • Do not upload a photograph of anyone who has not agreed to what you are doing with it.
  • Do not upload any image of a minor, for any purpose.
  • Do not upload material you do not own or have permission to use.

Technical and Commercial Conduct

Separately from what you generate, the following are breaches of this policy.

  • Scraping the platform, or using automated tools against it, without our written permission.
  • Working around credit limits, rate limits, paywalls or region restrictions.
  • Sharing, selling, renting or transferring your account or its credits.
  • Creating a new account to evade a suspension or a termination.
  • Reverse engineering the models or the platform, or extracting model weights.
  • Reselling access to Lewdly, or presenting it as your own service, without an agreement with us.
  • Using output from Lewdly to train a competing generative model.
  • Interfering with the service, its security, or anyone else using it.

Trying to Get Around Moderation Is Itself a Breach

Deliberately phrasing a prompt to slip prohibited content past our filters is a breach whether or not it works. So is splitting a prohibited request across several prompts, using coded language for a prohibited subject, or testing the boundaries of the underage rule to find what passes.

A single blocked generation is not treated as misconduct, because automated moderation produces false positives and most blocks are innocent. A pattern of attempts is treated as deliberate, and is what we act on.

How This Is Enforced

Enforcement does not depend on users choosing a safe setting. It runs at the platform level and cannot be turned off.

  • Prompts are screened before generation, and generation is refused where a prohibited subject is implicated.
  • Output is screened after generation, and flagged output is blocked before it reaches you.
  • Flags are reviewed by a person rather than actioned purely automatically, which catches both false positives and evasive phrasing.
  • Sanctions run from a warning, through a feature restriction or suspension, to permanent termination. For the four absolute prohibitions, termination is immediate.
  • Where the law requires us to report something, we report it, and our Law Enforcement Guidelines explain that process.

Reporting and Appeals

Report a breach to removals@lewdly.ai. Reports involving a real person or a minor are actioned immediately and you do not need to identify yourself or justify the report before we act. Our Content Removal Policy has the detail.

If you think an enforcement decision against you was wrong, our Complaint Policy explains how to appeal and a person will look at it again. There is no appeal for content prohibited under the Underage Content Policy.
