The Age Gate

The app asks every visitor to confirm they are 18 or older before it opens. Choosing "I am under 18" sends them away from the site.

Accounts That Belong to a Minor

If we find that an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it.

Someone Who Says They Are Under 18

If a user tells a character they are under 18, the character does not carry on. It tells them the app is for adults only and that they need to leave.

Adult Characters

The character builder offers ages from 18 up. When a picture prompt does not give an age, an adult age is added to it before anything is generated.

Picture and Video Prompts

Before anything is generated, the prompt goes through three steps. A word filter blocks clear terms for minors. A classifier then scores the prompt, and when it is unsure, a second and stronger model makes the call.

If the second model confirms a minor, or the classifier is certain, the prompt is refused and the account gets a strike. If the second model cannot confirm it either way, the prompt is refused with no penalty. A word filter match on its own blocks the prompt but never strikes the account.

Images You Start From

Images you upload, and images you start an edit or a video from, are checked by a screening model. Anything it flags goes to a stronger model, and if that model agrees the image shows someone under 18, or cannot rule it out, the image is refused.

When you start an edit or a video, a confirmed match also strikes the account, and an unconfirmed one is refused without a penalty.

Photos You Send in Chat

A photo you send to a character is checked before the character responds. If the check cannot run, the photo is refused rather than let through.

Chat Messages

Every message you type in a one to one chat or a group room is screened for content involving minors, including disguised spellings. A message that is caught never reaches the character. The character refuses, and the line is left out of later turns so it cannot steer the conversation.

The same two step review used for prompts then decides whether the account gets a strike.

Pictures a Character Offers

When a character offers a picture, its description is checked against a stricter word list, and anything that reads as a minor is dropped before it is offered. This never counts against your account, because you did not write it.

Strikes

The first confirmed attempt suspends the account for 7 days. A second confirmed attempt bans it permanently. The account owner is emailed each time.

While an account is suspended or banned, it cannot create pictures or videos, and our card checkout will not open for it. Decisions about content involving minors cannot be appealed.

Explore

What you make is private unless you publish it to Explore or share a link to it. Signed in users can report any post on Explore. We take down posts that break the rules, and a post that was taken down cannot be published again.

Characters Start From Generated Images

Characters made in the character builder start from an image generated on Lewdly, not from a photo you upload.

Training a Character on Your Own Photos

Before a character can be trained on photos you upload, you must confirm that you own the photos or have the explicit consent of the person pictured, that everyone pictured is 18 or older, and that you alone are responsible for the content and how it is used.

We keep a record of that confirmation with the training, including when you gave it, the wording you saw and the IP address it came from.

Removal Comes First

For sexual imagery of a real person made without their consent, removal comes first. We do not ask the reporter to prove who they are before the content comes down, and any dispute follows afterwards.

Use the Removal Form

The removal request form files a support ticket. Requests about a minor, a real person shown without consent, a photo used without permission or private information are marked urgent.

We aim to respond to urgent requests within 24 hours. Content that appears to show a minor is removed on report, and we do not need anything from you before we act.

We reply by email and tell you what action we took.

Private by Default

What you make stays private unless you publish it or share a link to it.

Taking Posts Down

You can take your own posts off Explore whenever you like.

Profile Visibility

You choose whether your public profile shows your bio, website, social links, stats and join date.

Clearing a Chat

Clearing a chat deletes the messages and also erases what the character remembers from it.

Deleting Your Account

You can delete your account from Settings in the app.

Your Data

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your private generations or conversations to train base models without your consent.
