The Rule
Lewdly prohibits any sexual or suggestive depiction of a minor, and any content that sexualises a person under 18 or a character presented as being under 18.
This applies without exception. It is not affected by art style, by whether the character is fictional, by a stated age in a character profile, by anime or cartoon framing, or by any narrative premise. A character that reads as a minor is prohibited regardless of what the accompanying text claims about their age.
How It Is Enforced
Enforcement does not rely on users choosing a safe setting. It operates at the platform level and cannot be disabled.
- Prompts are screened before generation, and generation is refused where a minor is implicated.
- Output is screened after generation, and flagged output is blocked before it reaches the user.
- Flags are reviewed rather than actioned purely automatically, so that both false positives and evasive phrasing are caught.
- Accounts that attempt to produce this content are terminated. Repeat or deliberate attempts are escalated.
Age of Characters
All characters available on Lewdly are adults. Character creation does not permit ages under 18, and character descriptions that imply a minor are rejected.
Reporting
If you encounter content on Lewdly that appears to depict a minor, report it to removals@lewdly.ai. Reports in this category are actioned immediately and do not require you to identify yourself or to justify the report before we act.
Platform Age Requirement
Lewdly is available to adults aged 18 or over only. Accounts found to belong to a minor are closed.
